Pick the address that fits your trip: quiet flagship apartments on the Asari Eso Layout, or a central annex on MCC Road, both managed by the same team.
Every location is managed by the same team and held to the same standard: service, serenity and security.
Plot 171, Asari Eso Layout, Ikot Eyo, Calabar, Cross River State
Asari Eso is where Adrian's Place began, and it is still the address most of our returning guests ask for by name. Set on a quiet, well-lit layout in Ikot Eyo, it pairs full serviced-apartment living with the round-the-clock security and on-site management that make longer stays in Calabar genuinely easy.
58 MCC Road, Ikot Ekan Edem, Calabar, Cross River State
The MCC Road Annex sits right in the middle of Calabar's most connected corridor, minutes from offices, hospitals, markets and nightlife. Apartments here are a little roomier and come with ensuite kitchens, which makes the Annex the natural choice for contractors, relocating families and anyone booking by the week or the month.
